SAFETY PRINCIPLES – DRIVING WITH MM

The organizer bears no responsibility for the participant's behavior in violation of safety rules.
The participant is fully responsible for his/her behavior at the event and is obliged to follow the instructions of the station attendants and the organizer.
The organizer bears no responsibility, material or health-related, for violation of the instructions of the operator and the organizer by the event participant.
The participant is obliged to move only within the designated area at each station; the organizer is not responsible for any safety measures outside this area.
In the event of damage to equipment or the health of a third party by a participant, resulting from the participant's intentional or negligent actions or disregard of the organizer's instructions, the participant bears full health and material liability.
The participant bears full responsibility for himself and his health when using the technique resulting from the nature of the event. If the participant is accompanied by a child, the participant is obliged to keep the child under constant and careful supervision. The participant accompanying the child is responsible for his safety. The organizer does not bear any responsibility for damage to the participant's own health or damage to the health of another person by the participant during the event.
The participant is obliged to refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages for the duration of the event.
