The sooner you hear back, the better. It's better to count on a week. I try to respond immediately, but sometimes it happens that I'm at a race and I don't hear back until a few days later. I send the voucher by email as soon as the payment is made. You can then print it yourself.
The voucher is valid until the end of the following year, or as agreed with MM. But don't worry, if you can't make it for serious reasons, we can arrange an extension.
The entire program lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. First, we will get to know the machine together, there will be time for conversation and your questions. Then the rides of the individual participants follow. Each ride lasts approximately 5–6 minutes. The schedule is common for all participants and their companions.

Yes, if safety conditions allow. If the weather or the condition of the track does not allow the event to proceed safely, we will arrange an alternative date with you.
As soon as you arrive, just find anyone from our team (note: team T-shirt or sweatshirt) and they will take care of you. However, it is always necessary to keep the time I sent you in the email when arranging the date.

Yes, you can. Each participant can bring up to four people as companions. Companions can watch the program from the designated areas and follow the instructions of the organizer.
You will be given a team helmet, but you can bring your own if you prefer. Always choose your clothing according to the weather - expect dust or mud. I don't recommend tank tops and miniskirts due to grazing. And don't forget you're going off-road.
